My Golf Event Planner™, Golf Event Magazine and Symphony Publishing Ohio, LLC, its parent corporations, subsidiaries and affiliates and their respective shareholders, members, officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively referred to hereinafter as "Symphony") is committed to safeguarding your privacy online. This privacy policy explains what data will be collected and how it will be used by Symphony. A. Information Collection and Use:
1) Symphony collects personal information when you visit MyGolfEventPlanner.com (hereinafter the "Site") or any of the websites of vendors listed on the Site, when you use the Services offered on the Site, when you make any purchases through the Site and when you enter promotions offered through the Site. Symphony shall use commercially reasonable efforts so that such aggregate form does not permit the recipient to identify you or any of the specific information you request. In the event Symphony discloses such data to any third party, we shall make a good faith effort to ensure that your name and other personal information cannot be deduced by such third parties from such disclosed data.
E. Your Ability to Edit and Delete Your Account Information and Preferences:
